I’ve seen this pattern before
Honestly, I have lived through it. With 20+ years in military aviation, engineering, information technology and security, and complex program leadership, I’ve have seen how leadership falls appart — or spreads.
The strongest leaders are not the ones who solve everything.
They are the ones who build systems where others can lead.
Today, my work is simple
I am interested in how leaders think, how leadership spreads and where it becomes a constraint. I help brilliant women leaders in STEM:
- step out of the expert role
- develop leaders around them
- create space to think strategically
So leadership no longer depends on them.
It scales through others.
